Insurance
Dr. Shpiner is an out of network provider for most major insurance plans, and our office accepts Medicare. Please call for any questions regarding the details of your individual coverage.
Payment
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance.
We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.
